My name is Karolina Zablocka, founder of Quality Chakra. I help organisations turn Quality from a burden into a shared mindset that supports better performance, stronger teams and smoother operations.

With hands-on experience across manufacturing, operations and compliance within the medical device sector, I understand the real pressures businesses like yours face. My approach therefore takes practical expertise and combines it with coaching and behavioural insight, so change doesn’t just look good on paper - it actually lasts!

Why should you work with me?

Good question. Throughout the years, I have strengthened quality behaviour across teams, which has helped businesses grow and perform better. I'm not here to tell you what to do - I'm here because I believe that every workplace deserves a better Quality culture.

Speaking from experience, I truly know what it's like to feel lost and frustrated that the same mistakes are being repeated in the workplace. My goal is to help organisations build correct behaviours, which will lead to better decisions, fewer mistakes and ultimately, the business making more money.

Don’t be fooled into thinking Quality Chakra is about spirituality, either. I chose the name because it reflects alignment and flow, which is exactly what I bring to businesses’ operations. When your people, processes and purpose work together, friction reduces and results improve. That means no more firefighting.
